An elegant and expressive Pinot Noir 2024 with aromas of bramble fruits, balanced with classic savoury notes of mushroom and fresh earth. The palate is medium-bodied, with a silky supple texture, blackberry fruit, and subtle nuances of rosehip, black tea leaf, and a hint of black pepper spice which are reflective of this cooler vintage. Sourced exclusively from our vineyard at Lympstone Manor from all 3 Pinot Noir clones. Aged for 12 months in old French oak. Includes a single bottle wooden gift box.
