Delivery Times
Our Standard Delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days of your order being placed, and is available across the UK mainland.
It is important to note that delivery times may vary during busy periods and public holidays.
Delivery is only available Monday – Friday from 8am – 6pm, unfortunately we cannot specify weekend delivery. Orders placed on a weekend will be packaged and sent the next working day.
Last shipping date for Christmas is Monday 18th December, we cannot guarantee orders will arrive for Christmas after this date.
Please note – age verification may be asked upon attempted delivery by Royal Mail.
Please note that Christmas delivery can’t be guaranteed after the 18th of December.
Shipping prices start at £12.95 and will be calculated at the checkout based on order weight.
Delivery fees are subject to change.
The email address associated with the order will be sent a tracking number to trace the status of their order.
Cancel or amending orders
We ensure packages are wrapped carefully and sent via trusted couriers to certify the parcel arrives with you safely.
If for some reason your order has been damaged during transit, please contact: info@lympstonemanorestate.co.uk where we will arrange a return and replacement of your order. We cannot accept returns for any other reason.
We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, Amex.
We have a minimum order requirement of 2 bottles.
Singular bottles can be added to your basket to create a mixed case of 2 – 6 bottles.
Due to the exclusivity of this product, orders are limited to 1 case of 6 per transaction.
Each Wednesday between May and September, Lympstone Manor host a popular Vineyard tour for resident guests and a special lunch package for non-residents, which includes a fabulous 4-course lunch and a glass of Lympstone Manor Estate wine.
