Due to the ripeness of fruit that our vineyard provide in this exceptional year and the richness of the blend, this wine requires minimal residual sugar to remain poised, elegant and balanced, providing a long and complex finish. Partially aged for 9 months in French oak.  Aged for a minimum of 3 years on the lees.
