This luxury package is designed to linger on flavour offering the chance to enjoy Michael Caines’ À La Carte Menu on one evening, and his Signature Tasting Menu on the following evening.
You’ll be seated in Lympstone Manor’s fine dining restaurant, where Michael Caines’ terroir cuisine is central, crafting dishes that reflect Devon’s local and seasonal produce.
With the Signature Tasting Menu structured around seasonality and sense of place, the food is matched thoughtfully with wine pairings from both the estate and the manor’s cellar of over 600 bins.

Wine holds equal prominence at Lympstone, with a cellar of over 600 bins featuring mature vintages from the finest European regions alongside exceptional New World labels. For serious oenophiles, the Wine Room is an unmissable highlight.
